Financial
We accept cash, check, and Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. Our
practice also accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health insurance
plans. Please call our office to verify if your specific insurance plan is
accepted. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient. A fee may be charged if you do not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
